Victoria is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio. She recieved her Masters of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University in 2021. She works with adults experiencing life transitions, role changes, trauma, and grief.

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware and non-judgemental of the present so we can acknowledge the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are impacting our wellness
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR therapy is a highlystructured therapy that utilizes bilateral stimulation to alleviate distress from traumatic memories
Somatic
Somatic therapies focus on becoming more aware of how emotions show up in the body and utilizing the mind body connection to heal ourselves holistically through exercises
7 Body Principles
1. The body responds to the external environment with constriction and acts in unhealthy ways when stressed.
2. The body remembers feelings, sensations and memories when triggered.
3. The body changes all the time. Is is flexible and moldable
4. The body’s experience is transient and does not last. Each pain will subside.
